Waxing Care Guide
Before Your Appointment
- Exfoliate gently 24-48 hours before your service to remove dead skin cells.
- Avoid tanning or sun exposure for at least 48 hours prior.
- Ensure hair is at least 1/4 inch long (about the length of a grain of rice).
- Arrive with clean skin, free of lotions, oils, or deodorants.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing to your appointment.
After Your Appointment
- Avoid hot baths, saunas, and steam rooms for 24-48 hours.
- Keep the area clean and avoid heavy exercise or sweating.
- Wait 48 hours before exfoliating the waxed area to prevent ingrown hairs.
- Apply a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer or aloe vera to soothe the skin.
- Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning beds for at least 48 hours.
